Clarify client goals to determine the best action plan and which modern method of construction to utilize
Architectural and engineering design requirements
Due diligence, negotiation, advisement and management of all required design and engineering team members, consultants, contractors, material suppliers, fabricators and insurance carriers, among others
Creation of architectural and engineering design requirements
Negotiation and facilitation with local building authorities and AHJ during the approval processes for prefabricated assemblies utilized
Quality control benchmarks established and monitored for fabrication, shipping and installation of prefabricated construction elements
Sustainability Management
