We are an assemblage of collaborators, designers and innovators. Based on our vast and deep experience, we structure our work to break down the silos between Architect Engineer, Owner and Contractor.
Utilizing a 360° degree integrated approach we utilize DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) and modern methods of construction to mitigate risk, increase project predictability and cost effectiveness for our clients.

MICHAEL MATHEWS, AIA, LEED GA
CEO & Founder, ASSEMBLAGEworks, Inc.
Michael is a senior level architectural, development and construction executive with more than 30 years of experience in complex and large-scale real estate projects, including development executive roles with KB Urban, Forest City, The Clarett Group and Bolour Associates, among others.
Michael has national experience in project due diligence, entitlement, design, finance, construction and construction management. He has delivered over 5,000 units to the markets in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, the Southern California region, Texas, New York and Orlando metropolitan areas.
He has managed all aspects of multi-million-dollar projects (scaling $100+MM), while successfully partnering with nation-wide construction and architecture industry professionals.
